Mary Ann Hadley

Mary Ann Hadley attended Southwestern in 1970-71 and 78-79, graduating in 1979. She has resided in Johnson County since 1978 and worked at SWAU from 1978-2001 as publications editor and Southwestern's "historian." She wants to be remembered for helping people understand their spiritual heritage. As the Hopps Museum she has volunteered as tour guide and continuing historical research. She compiled a history of Southwestern for the schools centennial in 1993-94. Copies of the book are available at the museum.

Editor of SPOTLIGHT, alumni coordinator and communications coordinator at Southwestern Adventist College. Entered denominational service in 1971 at Hinsdale Sanitarium and Hospital. She and her husband, Bob (’62), are active in the Committee of 100 and are members of the BECA Leadership group at Southwestern.
